What sort of event can I hold?

To some degree, this depends on the number of people you wish to entertain. The Hunter Valley has undercover facilities to comfortably handle up to 400 people seated for a concert, but many more and you will have to consider an outdoor facility.

Indoor facilities include:

  • Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley
  • The Vintage Golf Resort
  • Sebel Kirkton Park
  • Peppers Guest House (Tallawanta Room holds 120)
  • Tamburlaine Vineyard (Members Lounge seats 300)
  • Hope Estate (The Great Cask Hall and Barrel Hall seat 500)
  • Cessnock Supporters Club - up to 560

These facilities are ideal for conferences, weddings, meetings, concerts & recitals, wine dinners, guest and motivational speakers, family reunions, etc

Outdoor concert facilities include:

  • Wyndham Estate (around 5000 for a concert)
  • Bimbadgen Estate (around 3000 for a concert)
  • Hunter Valley Gardens (up to 5000 for a concert)
  • Hope Estate (up to 10,000 for a concert)
  • Tempus Two Vineyard (up to 3000 for a concert)
  • The Vintage (up to 5000 for a concert)

Outdoor concert areas are regularly used for major touring performers and concerts, but are equally adapted to large scale lunches or dinners
